Execution turns strategy into measurable impact. This workshop gets down to “the how”, helping organizations close the gap between planning and performance by establishing systems that track execution, accountability, and results. Participants learn to cascade priorities into daily actions, monitor execution across teams, and evaluate progress using operational scorecards and metrics. This course forms the bridge between strategy design (3P) and execution measurement (Performance Metrics that Matter and DECIDE), creating the foundation for reliable, data-driven performance systems.
