Refund policy
At The Accountability Partners Inc. (TAP), we’re committed to providing high-impact leadership programs, keynotes, coaching, and tools to help individuals and organizations grow. Below you’ll find our policy on refunds and returns for both our services and our More Than Merch e-store.
Services (Workshops, Coaching, Subscriptions, Keynotes, and Training Programs)
All service-based purchases are non-refundable. This includes:
- Coaching sessions
- Leadership webinars, workshops and training programs
- Monthly subscriptions or retainers
- Keynote bookings (virtual or in-person)
- Custom consulting or strategy development
We understand the value of your time and ours. That’s why we work closely with each client to align on deliverables and expectations from the start.
If you need to reschedule a service (including a keynote), please contact us at info@accountabilitypartners.ca. We’ll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests within the scope of your agreement.
If TAP is unable to fulfill a service due to an issue on our end, we will offer an appropriate resolution—such as rescheduling, credit toward a future engagement, or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

More Than Merch – Physical Product Returns & Quality GuaranteeÂ
Because many of our items are custom-made or personalized, we do not offer standard returns. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if you’re unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@accountabilitypartners.ca with your order number and a description of the issue.
We’ll work with you to resolve it, which may include:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A full refund (for damaged or faulty products only)
Please note: In most cases, shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.Â
Custom Items
Due to the nature of custom and personalized merchandise, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Other Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Promotional items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads or toolkits
Refunds (for damaged or faulty items only)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at info@accountabilitypartners.ca.
