Shipping Policy – More Than Merch
We’re committed to making your experience seamless, whether you’re ordering a single item or preparing for a large team event. Here’s everything you need to know.
Standard Shipping Rates (Canada only)Â
- Flat Rate Shipping: $9 CAD on all individual orders under $99
- FREE Shipping: On individual orders $99 CAD and over
- Free shipping applies to standard individual orders only. Once an order qualifies as a bulk or event order (see below), custom pricing and shipping rates will apply based on volume, destination, and packaging needs.
We’ve built a portion of the shipping cost into our product pricing to help keep fees reasonable. Shipping rates are estimated based on common destinations (e.g., hotels, airports, and commercial areas), and may vary slightly depending on the final address.
Bulk Orders & Event Shipments
Orders of 10 or more units of a single item are considered bulk or event orders and are not eligible for free or flat-rate shipping. These orders qualify for custom shipping quotes and may receive discounted rates based on destination and volume.

We’re based in Canada, but we love connecting with partners around the world. If you're outside of Canada and want to place an order, just reach out to us at info@accountabilitypartners.ca. Wherever we can, we’ll gladly arrange your purchase as a custom order and provide shipping options that work for you.
