NextGen 7 - Navigators (15-17)

TAP Teens bridges the gap between adolescence and adulthood, giving young people the tools to find their voice and step forward with confidence. From self-advocacy and financial skills to job readiness and relationship building, this program helps teens see themselves as capable, independent, and resilient—ready to take on what’s next.

Learning Objectives (The NextGen 7):

· Nurture personal values and a sense of belonging.

· Empathy by building cultural competence and understanding bias.

· eXplore critical thinking about media, messages, and AI literacy.

· Thrive with coping skills, resilience, and self-advocacy.

· Grow independence in relationships and decision-making.

· Elevate confidence through practicing boundaries and using their voice.

· Navigate adult-level finances, job applications, and interviews.

We can deliver the content in a variety of formats: (travel and venue NOT included)

• 7 x 1-hour sessions $139 pp, Enrollment threshold 20 – 25 ONLINE or IN-PERSON
  Perfect for weekly classes, after-school programs, or lunch-and-learn style learning. Keeps lessons bite-sized and digestible.
• 2 x half-day sessions $139 per child, Enrollment threshold 20 – 25 
  Ideal for weekend workshops or school PD days. Allows time for activities, reflection, and group work without overwhelming participants.
• 3 x evening sessions $139 per child, Enrollment threshold 20 – 25 ONLINE or IN-PERSON
  Great for community centers, youth groups, or busy families who prefer shorter evening blocks spread out over time.
• 1 x full-day intensive $139 per child, Enrollment threshold 20 – 25
  A deep-dive format where participants experience the full arc of learning in one immersive, high-energy day. Best suited for camps, retreats, or leadership intensives.
