The TAP DECIDE Framework™ builds directly upon the foundation established in the Maximizing Impact: 3P Strategies Workshop, moving participants from strategic planning to strategic execution. 

Learning Objectives

D – Define

Clearly define the objective, scope, and desired outcomes to create focus and alignment.

E – Examine

Gather and examine data, context, risks, and potential benefits using objective criteria.

C – Correlate

Connect findings to strategic priorities and sound judgment, prioritizing paths with the highest ROI and alignment to long- and short-term goals.

I – Implement

Execute with a plan that includes accountability, metrics, and timelines supported by tracking and measurement tools that ensure visibility of progress.

D – Diagnose

Evaluate performance, productivity, and profitability outcomes against defined benchmarks to validate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

E – Evolve

Refine decisions through continuous analysis, reflection, and learning,  building adaptive leaders and systems that improve over time.
